Job Summary

The National Claims Supervisor is a key role within CorVel Enterprise Comp, Inc., responsible for overseeing a team of claims professionals. This position requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as the ability to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team of claims professionals to ensure quality, productivity, and customer service standards are met.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to claims staff on complex claims issues.
  • Collaborate with the Claims Manager to develop and implement effective claims strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with Workers' Compensation laws and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and employees.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in claims management.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
