Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day operations of the plant delivering key performance indicators (safety, quality, production and cost).
Maintain documentation on employee performance and accountability to drive performance.

QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent education; community college or bachelor's degree preferred.
Two (2) - Three (3) years industrial/manufacturing experience/wood products background.
Must be a team player/previous management a plus.
