**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Content Creator to join our team at the New England Board of Higher Education. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content that showcases the beauty and excellence of our institution.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive visual content strategy that aligns with our marketing goals and objectives.
  • Plan and execute photography projects, including location scouting, talent management, and equipment rental.
  • Manage and maintain our digital asset management system, ensuring that all visual content is properly organized and easily accessible.
  • Collaborate with our communications team to develop and implement a consistent visual brand identity across all marketing channels.
  • Provide photography services for various events, including conferences, meetings, and campus activities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external photographers and vendors to ensure high-quality visual content.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in photography and visual content creation.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Photography, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in photography and visual content creation.
  • Expert knowledge of photography techniques, principles, and equipment.
  • Advanced knowledge of image and graphic creation and manipulation.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Experience working in higher education or a related field.
  • Knowledge of digital asset management systems and software.
  • Experience with video production and editing.
