Are you a seasoned RBT looking to take your skills to the next level? Look no further than Lighthouse Autism Center. Our team of dedicated clinicians is passionate about delivering high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized therapy plans.

What You'll Do:
  • Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 18 months to school age
  • Collaborate with our team to create and implement customized therapy plans
  • Apply your creativity and expertise in our play-based and naturalistic therapy environment
  • Document and track each child's progress, contributing to their therapy programs

Requirements:
  • Lifting/Carrying more than 50 lbs
  • Able to sustain impact to body in any area
  • Running, crouching, squatting, and ability to kneel for sustained periods of time
  • Bending at the waist to touch knees and/or toes
  • Full range of motion of hands and arms
  • Sitting on the floor and chair for long periods of time
  • Ability to move quickly from standing to seated, or kneeling position, without support
  • Communicate expressively and receptively both verbally and written
