Clinical Nurse Coordinator for Electrophysiology and Catheterization Services

At Driscoll Children\u0027s Hospital, we are seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse Coordinator to join our Electrophysiology and Catheterization Services team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in coordinating clinical needs, ensuring efficient referral processes, and providing exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and accurate collection and review of pertinent outside records
- Facilitate appointment scheduling and first contact with families to discuss services
- Coordinate pre-operative needs, including resource allocation and result review
- Provide patient education and discharge instructions, as well as post-operative coordination and follow-up care
- Monitor pacemaker patients and facilitate timely and appropriate follow-up
Requirements
- Strong clinical knowledge and experience in electrophysiology and catheterization services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
