Job Title: Customer Service Analyst

CJ Logistics America is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, identifying opportunities for improvement, and executing solutions to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and execute opportunities to improve service and cost for our customers
  • Manage and execute customer promotions and major events
  • Provide reporting and actions using standard CJ Logistics America tools
  • Respond to customer requests for information and facilitate regular phone meetings
  • Ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 3 years of experience in transportation or a service-related position
  • Strong skills in MS Excel and analytical skills
  • Bilingual Korean/English
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree with specialization in Logistics, Transportation, or Supply Chain Management
  • TMS experience
  • Google and MS PPT experience
Personal Qualities:
  • Strong analytical skills with proven ability to work within a team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Disciplined problem-solving skills
  • Results-oriented with good planning, organizational, and time-management skills
