Key Responsibilities:- Assist clients with daily living skills, including personal care, meal preparation, and household management.
- Provide transportation to and from activities and appointments, ensuring a safe and reliable service.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress, including behavioral reports, incident reports, and compliance forms.
- Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized plans of care, ensuring that each client's needs are met and their goals are achieved.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in areas such as medication management, first aid, and crisis intervention.
- Contribute to a positive and respectful work environment, promoting a culture of inclusivity and empathy.
