Job Summary

We are looking for caring and skilled individuals to provide direct care to our residents, ensuring their physical, mental, and emotional well-being. As a CNA or PCA, you will be responsible for providing routine daily nursing care and services, including documentation, cleaning, infection control, and laundry as required.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with medication administration and documentation
  • Participate in care planning and implementation
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
Qualifications
  • CNA or PCA certification
  • Current licensure in the State of Arkansas
  • Pass drug screen and criminal background check
  • Prior experience in senior living sectors preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
