Role Responsibilities:

As a vital member of our organization, you will enhance sales for the company's skilled nursing community portfolio through value-driven selling. Utilizing a comprehensive understanding of the post-acute market and clinical outcomes, you will address customer needs, achieve desired results, and cultivate successful partnerships for the organization.

You will report to a Regional Director of Sales & Marketing and work closely with the entire team to ensure the effective development and implementation of a Sales Plan. This plan will encompass monthly and quarterly objectives and provide opportunities for performance-based bonuses.

The perfect candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrate self-motivation, and be capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
