Position Overview

C&R Management Group LLC is seeking a dedicated Facility Maintenance Associate to join our team. This role is essential for ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of our properties, contributing to a pleasant living environment for residents.

Key Responsibilities:

The Facility Maintenance Associate will be tasked with:

  • Maintaining cleanliness in shared spaces such as restrooms, kitchens, lobbies, recreational areas, hallways, elevators, and stairwells.
  • Conducting thorough cleaning during apartment turnovers to prepare units for new residents.
  • Upholding the aesthetic appeal of the grounds and surrounding areas.
Location:

Position based in a vibrant apartment community.

Compensation:

Hourly wage ranges from $17 to $18.

Work Schedule:

Standard hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, totaling 40 hours per week.

  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and comprehending written instructions and product labels.
  • Understanding of landlord/tenant laws, as well as State and Federal regulations regarding Fair Housing.
  • Physical capability to lift weights between 40-50 pounds.
  • A valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and proof of auto insurance.
