Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and client-oriented Intake Specialist to enhance our service delivery and support our clients effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Acquire knowledge of the various case types offered by the firm.
2. Assess each client’s eligibility for potential case types based on guidance from attorneys and training materials.
3. Utilize established communication strategies to convert prospective leads into active clients by highlighting the advantages and significance of our services.
4. Schedule appointments and maintain regular follow-ups with all leads to reinforce the value of our offerings.

Qualifications:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
- Outstanding customer service capabilities.
- Positive and proactive attitude.
- Proven track record of meeting deadlines.
- Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Capacity to prioritize and delegate tasks as necessary.
- Availability to work weekends.

This is a full-time position that includes a comprehensive training program.

Compensation:
$24 per hour plus performance-based bonuses.
