Job Overview

We are seeking a Leasing Administrative Coordinator within the Real Estate sector. This position requires full-time in-office attendance, Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 30-minute lunch break.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor pending tasks daily to ensure timely move-ins.
  • Confirm the completeness of all applications according to the established checklist, ensuring residents have successfully passed screening and that income has been accurately assessed.
  • Ensure all lease proposals align with the approved Market Rents and Concessions Memo.
  • Verify Renters Insurance and all other necessary documentation for new move-ins.
  • Thoroughly review all move-in activities in RealPage, including but not limited to: move-in dates, lease dates, recurring charges, one-time and recurring concessions, application fees, amenity fees, security deposits, and first-month prorations.
  • Identify and rectify any pending adjustments related to move-in discrepancies.
  • Generate monthly reports for previous periods to assist in pricing short-term leases.
  • Address any pending adjustments due to renewal discrepancies.
  • Process all move-out activities.
  • Assist with accounts receivable and ledger reconciliations.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred: Associate's or Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to investigate and resolve issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including proficiency in written, verbal, and listening abilities.
  • Familiarity with accounting software, word processing, spreadsheets, and related applications.
  • Detail-oriented with the capability to complete tasks accurately under pressure.
  • Positive attitude and strong commitment to excellence.
