Resumen:
Asistir al Líder de Equipo o Supervisor General de Plásticos en el logro de los objetivos departamentales en seguridad, calidad, entrega, costos y satisfacción de los asociados. Ayudar a otros miembros del equipo de Plásticos en la dirección del departamento durante cualquier ausencia del Líder de Equipo.
Responsabilidades Específicas
-Proporcionar liderazgo y orientación adecuados mientras se mantiene una buena comunicación con todos los asociados de plásticos, el personal de la planta y otros asociados de la instalación, incluidos sus miembros del personal.
-Asignar trabajos de plásticos y/o máquinas a los asociados de plásticos diariamente según sea necesario para mantener niveles adecuados de producción.
-Realizar seguimiento para asegurar que estén realizando el trabajo según nuestros procedimientos operativos estándar y/o requisitos de calidad especificados.
-Pasar la mayor parte del día en el piso de producción trabajando con todos los asociados e identificando posibles riesgos de seguridad, calidad o producción.
-Mantener un 100% de entrega a tiempo a nuestros clientes manteniendo nuestros almacenes de plásticos, sistemas Kanban y cronogramas de producción.
-Mantener una planta segura y limpia con buenas condiciones de trabajo para todos los asociados, mientras se mantiene un alto nivel de moral en toda la instalación.
-Utilizar herramientas disponibles como el programa 5S para mantener una planta limpia y segura.
-Participar activamente en programas de seguridad como reuniones de seguridad mensuales y recorridos de seguridad.
-Apoyar todos los esfuerzos de mejora continua y respaldar plenamente todos los objetivos de despliegue estratégico para la mejora a lo largo del año.
-Aplicar principios de Lean 4 Leader en el trabajo diario en el piso de la tienda.
Requisitos para Aplicar:
Se requiere tener 3 o más años de experiencia en gestión o liderazgo.
