About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in meaningful conversations with clients to fully understand their needs and manage expectations.
  • Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become a vehicle expert, with in-depth knowledge of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies.
  • Customize vehicle delivery while ensuring that the client understands the vehicle's operational features.
  • Follow up daily on all sales leads from various sources using our dealership's Customer Relationship Management System (CRM).
  • Initiate and cultivate enriching and long-lasting relationships with customers.

Qualifications:

  • Automotive experience is a plus but not a requirement.
  • Technologically savvy with a desire to master product knowledge.
  • Experience with luxury goods is desired.
  • Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Clean driving record.
