We are seeking a skilled School Psychologist to join our team at ProCare Therapy.

Compensation

The salary for this position is between $45-$60 per hour, offering a competitive compensation package that supports the well-being of our staff.

About the Role

In this role, you will provide critical support to students and staff by assessing, diagnosing, and treating psychological disorders. You will collaborate with educators to develop strategies that enhance students' emotional well-being and learning potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide psychological assessments to identify students' mental health and learning needs.
  • Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students with emotional or behavioral challenges.
  • Assist teachers and support staff in managing classroom behavior and promoting positive social-emotional skills.
  • Collect and analyze data on student progress, behavior, and responses to interventions.
  • Collaborate with special education teams to tailor strategies for individual student needs.
  • Provide one-on-one or small group support to students, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements
  • Masters Degree in School Psychology from an accredited program.
  • Valid state licensure as a School Psychologist in the state of employment.
  • Certification as a Nationally Certified School Psychologist (NCSP) is preferred.
