Occupational Therapist for K-12 Students

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at ProCare Therapy, serving students in the K-12 age group. This full-time role is based near Bremerton, Washington and involves working with a diverse caseload.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will conduct evaluations to determine students' abilities and limitations, developing individualized treatment plans based on these results. They will implement evidence-based interventions to improve students' abilities, provide ongoing assessment and monitoring of progress toward goals, and collaborate with other members of the school team.
- Evaluations will assess students' functional abilities in various areas.
- Treatment plans will be tailored to meet each student's unique needs.
- Interventions will focus on improving daily activities and school-related tasks.

The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program, hold a current state license in Washington, and have experience working with school-aged children. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
ResponsibilitiesThis position requires a highly motivated and organized individual who can work effectively as part of a team. Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting evaluations to determine students' abilities and limitations.
- Developing individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results.
- Implementing evidence-based interventions to improve students' abilities.
- Providing ongoing assessment and monitoring of students' progress toward goals.

- A current state license in Washington.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
