Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team at DHR Health. As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our rehabilitation programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to support patient goals and outcomes.
  • Provide a full range of occupational therapy services, including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Participate in quality management activities and contribute to the development of quality improvement initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through ongoing education and professional development.
Requirements
  • Graduate from an approved four-year bachelor's degree program in Occupational Therapy.
  • Current OT license and CPR certification.
  • Three to five years of in-patient rehab experience, preferably in adult and geriatric settings.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
