Job Description

We are looking for an experienced UX Designer who can lead the design process for software development projects and create user interfaces that achieve our stated mission and design goals.

Responsibilities

  • Create wireframes and prototypes to visualize the user experience
  • Participate in the UXG process to ensure corporate-wide designs align with our mission and goals
  • Collaborate with development teams to resolve design implementation issues
  • Validate UX Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement
  • Mentor user interface developers on best practices and key principles of interaction design

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2-5 years of experience in interaction design, preferably in an enterprise environment
  • Strong knowledge of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and Sketch
  • Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results
