Clinical Director

Urban Resource Institute (URI) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Director to lead our clinical staff and programs. As a key member of our Senior Program Leadership Team, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, clinical training, and supervision to ensure the delivery of high-quality, trauma-informed care to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide clinical leadership and oversight to our clinical staff and programs, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory standards.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance clinical skills and knowledge, including trauma-informed care and cultural competence.
- Collaborate with program leaders to integrate clinical services across departments and ensure seamless delivery of care.
- Monitor and evaluate clinical services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance quality and outcomes.
- Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to clinical services, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Masters degree in a related field (social work, counseling, or psychology) with active licensure in New York State.
- Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in clinical settings, with a strong background in training, coaching, and mentoring clinical staff.
- 10+ years of experience in providing direct clinical services, with a focus on trauma-informed care and cultural competence.
- Strong commitment to equity and social justice, with a focus on self-awareness and continuous learning around issues of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to develop positive and productive relationships with a diverse team.
