Position Overview:

Soliant Health is actively seeking a committed and enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide essential services in a school environment. This role involves working with students ranging from Kindergarten through 12th Grade, focusing on enhancing their communication abilities.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1+ years of experience in speech therapy is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech-language therapy to students facing communication challenges and language delays.
  • Perform thorough evaluations and assessments to diagnose speech and language disorders.
  • Work collaboratively with educators, parents, and the educational team to create tailored Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
  • Utilize evidence-based therapy methods to foster improvement in communication skills.
  • Keep precise and current records of student progress, session notes, and reports.
  • Participate in team meetings, parent conferences, and professional development sessions as necessary.
  • Follow ethical and professional guidelines as set by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
