Role OverviewAs a vital member of the Guest Services Team, you will play a key role in enhancing the Guest experience, contributing to the creation of unforgettable memories. This position involves a variety of responsibilities across different areas of the arena, including ushering, ticket verification, customer service on the concourse, and greeting attendees. Your primary objective will be to assist guests by providing directions and sharing essential information, all while fostering a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere. Ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our fans will be paramount.
Compensation: This role offers an hourly wage ranging from $13.50 to $15.50.
Benefits for Part-Time Roles: Eligible employees may participate in a 401(k) savings plan with matching contributions. Additionally, part-time, seasonal, and internship staff accrue paid leave at a rate of one hour for every 30 hours worked, up to a maximum of 48 hours annually.

Key ResponsibilitiesMembers of the Event Staff Team are responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to attendees at the Liberty First Credit Union Arena. Specific roles include:
- Ushers: Act as the point of contact for assigned seating sections, monitor compliance with fan conduct, and assist guests in finding their seats.
- Ticket Scanners: Welcome guests, provide directions, and assist with ticketing inquiries while ensuring a smooth entry process.
- Greeters/Access Control: Welcome guests at restricted areas, verifying ticket access and ensuring a friendly atmosphere.
Essential skills include excellent customer service, strong verbal communication, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain composure under pressure. Candidates should be able to stand or sit for extended periods and navigate various areas of the venue.
Qualifications- Prior experience in hospitality or entertainment is advantageous.
- A genuine passion for assisting and engaging with people is essential.
- Ability to maintain a positive demeanor in challenging situations.
- Flexible availability, particularly for home games and weekend events.
