Job Summary

The Shift Leader is a key member of our restaurant team, responsible for ensuring seamless operations during their shift. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to maintain a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of customer service, quality, and safety.
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to optimize restaurant operations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance, productivity, and morale.
  • Collaborate with the restaurant management team to achieve business objectives and goals.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; current student or higher education preferred.
  • Must be at least 18 years old and fluent in English.
  • Certified in all stations following the DHC Training Program.
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, opening and closing shifts.
  • Ability to stand for long periods, work in a fast-paced environment, and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Positive attitude, excellent communication, and problem-solving skills.
