  • Deliver prompt and courteous service to every guest.
  • Familiarize yourself with waterpark equipment and its proper usage.
  • Enforce waterpark policies and regulations diligently.
  • Stay informed about training requirements and updates.
  • Proactively work to prevent accidents and hazardous situations.
  • Coordinate emergency response procedures and administer first aid when necessary.
  • Document all incidents that occur during your shift.
  • Report any potential hazards to your supervisor immediately.
  • Manage the opening and closing of the waterpark according to scheduled times.
  • Ensure the area is cleared and cleaned after closing hours.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Physical Requirements:

  • Work will be conducted both indoors and outdoors, with varying temperatures; uniform must be worn while on duty.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods, with frequent walking and standing required.
  • Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs is necessary.
  • Requires effective communication skills and the ability to remain composed in high-pressure situations.
  • Must possess manual dexterity to operate all essential equipment.
  • Visual acuity and auditory skills are essential for monitoring activities and responding to emergencies.

Training and Certifications:

  • Certification in CPR, First Aid, and Lifeguard training will be provided on the job.
