Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality technical documentation for our SMB/Enterprise product lines, including configuration guides, troubleshooting guides, and FAQs. This role requires strong technical writing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for our network products, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
  • Collaborate with product managers, R&D engineers, and support teams to gather information and understand documentation needs.
  • Work closely with the support teams to understand common customer issues and incorporate solutions into documentation.
  • Review and edit content produced by other teams to ensure quality and consistency across all technical documents.
  • Manage documentation projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of business product technical writing experience.
  • Strong understanding of networking concepts and experience with network management products.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable for end-users.
  • Proficiency in using documentation tools such as Adobe FrameMaker, Photoshop, or similar.
Preferred Skills:
  • Networking certifications (CCNA/CWNA/ACNT/CCNP/CCIE/Etc.).
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or other web technologies.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and version control systems.
