Job Title: Delivery Lead (Cyber Security)

Strategic Staffing Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Delivery Lead to join our team in Detroit, MI. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of client initiatives with an infrastructure component, including resources, planning, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily huddles and regular meetings to ensure project progress and identify potential issues.
  • Partner with business, ITS departmental leaders, and MEP to drive solutions from pre-planning to sustain.
  • Facilitate the team, providing hands-on management of development, support, and troubleshooting activities for Enterprise Infrastructure solutions.
  • Plan and implement products, including creation, assembly, and communication of all standard project artifacts and associated materials.
  • Lead the delivery of IT Infrastructure Initiatives across the Enterprise, working with project sponsors, process owners, business relationship managers, and MEP to develop, deliver, and productionize applications as required.
  • Manage business requirements and scope on a technical and architectural level, and coordinate between cross-functional teams to ensure product adherence to business requirements and architectural direction.
  • Partner with Project Management team on scheduling, resource capacity, and resource availability.
  • Review and monitor project budgets and spend, supporting managers in budget reviews.
  • Collaborate with project team members and management to avoid and resolve conflicts.
  • Ensure documentation repository is appropriately maintained, standards, and SLAs are met.
  • Interview candidates and select technical resources.
