Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate regular operational activities for supply chain management on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Develop and analyze metrics for the operations planning process and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate projects by creating detailed plans to achieve objectives and manage the integration of technical tasks.
  • Present and clarify proposals, reports, and findings to stakeholders.
  • Engage with suppliers on strategic initiatives.
  • Conduct various data analyses and create Power BI reports.

Required Qualifications:

  • In-depth knowledge of supply planning principles and industry best practices.
  • Experience in supply chain analytics and modeling methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with the ability to synthesize and convey information effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Proven track record of thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with SAP IBP Supply Planning or comparable supply planning tools such as Kinaxis or Oracle Cloud Planning is advantageous.
  • Proficient in business applications (e.g., Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, MS Project, MS Visio) with the capability to produce high-quality outputs.
  • Understanding of key retail and inventory management concepts.
  • Experience in supplier/vendor management.
  • Advanced Excel skills for managing extensive datasets.
  • Experience with SAP.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain operations is required.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is essential.
  • Experience in cloud or high-tech environments is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain management and operations.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management activities.
  • 3+ years of experience with SAP IBP for Supply Chain.
  • Strong knowledge of business systems and information technology for supply chain management.
  • Extensive experience with MRP systems, Excel Power Pivots, Teams, PowerPoint, SQL, and Power BI.
  • Experience collaborating with global and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced setting.
