Land Development Executive

This Acquisitions Manager position requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record in land acquisition, development, and project management. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our sales, marketing, and construction requirements are met on each deal.
Responsibilities include leading the land acquisition department, participating in strategic planning, identifying suitable deals, negotiating contracts, managing zoning and permitting processes, and overseeing market knowledge and submarket analysis projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, finance, or related field
- At least 5 years' experience in residential land acquisition, divestiture, and development
- Experience with blueprints, construction drawings, and addendums
- Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and ability to learn new programs
Estimated salary: $130,000 - $160,000 per year.
