Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Coordinator to enhance the operational flow between our kitchen and dining area. This role is essential in ensuring that orders are processed swiftly and accurately in a dynamic restaurant environment.

As a Food Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining effective communication and coordination among kitchen staff and wait staff. Your ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while ensuring high standards of service is crucial. Candidates should possess the stamina to thrive in a fast-paced setting and demonstrate strong organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate the smooth transfer of orders from wait staff to the kitchen.
  • Prioritize order preparation to ensure timely service.
  • Assist in the final assembly and presentation of dishes.
  • Verify orders for accuracy, presentation, and temperature before delivery.
  • Deliver orders promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and resolve any service or preparation obstacles.
  • Maintain cleanliness and adhere to sanitation standards throughout the premises.
  • Communicate essential information between kitchen and wait staff regarding customer requests.
  • Address customer concerns to uphold the establishment's reputation.
  • Support additional tasks as necessary, including managing telephone orders.
