Our client is a large-scale organization with a global reach that's rapidly growing and looking to add an Accounts Payable Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Matching, batching, coding, and entering invoices
  • Working knowledge of purchase orders
  • Researching and resolving accounts payable with customers and vendors
  • Updating and reconciling sub-ledger to the general ledger
Requirements
  • High-volume accounts payable experience or equivalent knowledge
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable with independent work
  • Experience with ERP/Accounting software is a must
  • Strong Excel skills
Education Requirements

An Associate's degree is preferred and/or equivalent experience. A Bachelor's degree is a plus.
