Quality Manager

Brazeway is seeking a highly skilled Quality Manager to join our team in Hopkinsville, KY. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our quality plan, ensuring customer expectations are met, and maintaining a safe and progressive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and administer the Quality Plan, ensuring compliance with customer expectations and regulatory requirements.
  • Train and develop quality technicians, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Lead internal audits and develop corrective actions to address non-conformances.
  • Maintain the inspection system, including approval of incoming material, product testing, and in-process inspection.
  • Resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner.
  • Actively support and manage within Brazeway's mission, vision, Code of Conduct, and Process Based Leadership guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • 7-10 years of directly related experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the automotive supplier industry.
  • Prior quality management experience and certification as a Quality Engineer/Manager are preferred.
  • Working knowledge of IATF16949 system requirements and Six Sigma tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to a team environment.
