Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Safety Manager to join our team at Tiny's Construction, LLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our construction sites, monitoring compliance with safety regulations, and managing all safety-related activities throughout the project's duration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees and subcontractors.
  • Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on safety best practices and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.
  • Investigate any safety incidents and prepare comprehensive reports.
  • Maintain accurate records of safety activities, audits, and incident reports.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction safety management.
  • OSHA 30 / CPR certification required.
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety practices in construction.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and make critical safety decisions on-site.
