Responsibilities:
  • Clinical care and provision of substance abuse services, including group and individual counseling sessions.
  • Developing, organizing, and conducting programs to educate clients on conditions and problems related to drug and alcohol abuse.
  • Conducting or assisting in individual and/or group counseling sessions and programs.
  • Observing and overseeing adherence to all policies and procedures, monitoring violations and administering disciplinary action.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED.
  • 3 years of previous chemical dependency treatment experience in the addiction field.
  • Maintains current Amft Registration/Certified Counselor licensure or certification (CADAC/NADAC).

Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required. 3 years of experience in chemical dependency treatment in the addiction field. Licensure: Maintains current Amft Registration/Certified Counselor licensure or certification (CADAC/NADAC), as applicable.
