Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Addiction Program Manager to oversee the clinical integrity of our substance abuse program. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you can make a real difference in people's lives.

As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the program, including supervising counselors and case management staff. You will also provide clinical supervision, guidance, and support to ensure that our clients receive the highest quality care.

Responsibilities:
  • Clinical care and provision of substance abuse services, including group and individual counseling sessions.
  • Developing, organizing, and conducting programs to educate clients on conditions and problems related to drug and alcohol abuse.
  • Conducting or assisting in individual and/or group counseling sessions and programs.
  • Observing and overseeing adherence to all policies and procedures, monitoring violations and administering disciplinary action.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED.
  • 3 years of previous chemical dependency treatment experience in the addiction field.
  • Maintains current Amft Registration/Certified Counselor licensure or certification (CADAC/NADAC).

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year.
