Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly qualified and dedicated Physical Education Instructor to join our team at the University of Florida's P.K. Yonge Developmental Research School. As a member of our faculty, you will have the opportunity to design and implement innovative teaching solutions, work closely with colleagues, and contribute to the school's mission to provide a high-quality education to students.

Responsibilities
  • Teach physical education classes to students in grades K-12.
  • Develop and implement curriculum that meets the needs of diverse learners.
  • Assess student progress and adjust instruction to ensure student success.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues.
  • Maintain a safe and orderly learning environment.
Requirements
  • A Master's degree in Physical Education or a related field.
  • Florida teaching certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience teaching physical education in a K-12 setting.
