Job Summary:

Quik Travel Staffing is seeking a skilled Computed Tomography Technologist to join our team. As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for performing computerized axial tomography procedures, providing quality services to client facilities and patients, and maintaining a professional demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Obtain and evaluate patient-related information to produce appropriate images

• Demonstrate knowledge of age-related information to produce appropriate images

• Explain procedures to patients

• Maintain skills to complete duties in a timely and efficient manner

• Operate radiographic equipment to produce diagnostic radiographs

• Administer contrast material according to physician request

• Obtain and evaluate patient-related information in terms of patient needs

• Prevent the transfer of infection and blood-borne contaminants

• Comply with quality and quantity criteria of client facility and complete all assigned work

Requirements:

• Current California Department of Health License/Certification as a Computed Tomography Technologist

• American Heart Association BLS

• Minimum 3 years Acute Care experience as a Radiologic Technologist within the last thirty-six months

• Two Professional References

• LA Fire Safety Card
