About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled CT Technologist to join our Diagnostic Imaging team at Providence Saint Joseph Medical Center-Burbank. As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for performing high-quality CT scans according to accepted department protocols and hospital policy and procedure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate CT scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes
  • Prepare patients for CT scans, including positioning and ensuring patient comfort and safety
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient information and scan results

Requirements:

  • Sufficient education and training to meet certification requirements
  • Current certification as a Registered Technologist - Radiography (R.T.(R)) and Registered Technologist - Computed Tomography (R.T.(CT))
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
