Position Type: Part-time Hourly, with compensation ranging from $7.20 to $10 depending on experience, plus benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager to ensure smooth operations.
  • Engage with restaurant leadership daily to discuss assignments and timelines.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with colleagues and patrons.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring a clean and safe environment.
  • Deliver exceptional service with enthusiasm and attention to detail.
  • Welcome guests at the bar and provide a friendly atmosphere.
  • Verify guest identification to confirm age requirements for alcohol service.
  • Prepare beverages for guests and fulfill drink orders for servers efficiently.
  • Accurately handle cash and credit transactions, ensuring timely reporting of tips.
  • Alert management if a guest appears to be overindulging.
  • Address guest concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Keep all bar and lounge areas clean and organized, including equipment and supplies.
  • Manage inventory and supplies in the bar area, including receiving deliveries.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned that align with the role.

Qualifications
  • Must possess a valid New Mexico Food Handler Certification and Alcohol Server Certification.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, typically eight hours or more.
  • Capable of lifting, pushing, reaching, and carrying over 20 pounds regularly.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Preferred experience of 6 months to 1 year in a high-volume or fine dining setting.
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience/training is required.
