Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled and charismatic Bartender to join our team at Hotel Albuquerque of Old Town. As a Garduno's Bartender, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch service, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring a positive and professional approach at all times.
  • Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations, as well as safety standards, to maintain a clean and healthy environment.
  • Deliver refined and seamless service, exceeding guest expectations.
  • Greet and welcome guests at the bar or in the bar area, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
  • Verify identification to ensure compliance with minimum age requirements for the consumption of alcoholic beverages.
  • Resolve issues for guests in a professional and timely manner, ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of all bar and lounge areas, including ice bins, shelving, stainless steel, mixers, cups, blenders, and soda guns.

Requirements
  • Current New Mexico Food Handler Certification and Alcohol Server Certification are required.
  • Ability to work on your feet for eight hours or more.
  • Must be able to lift, push, reach for, and carry 20+ pounds frequently.
  • Excellent verbal communication and ability to multitask.
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience, with high-volume and/or fine-dining experience preferred.

Salary

$7.20-$10.00 Hourly
