Job Overview:
The Front of House Associate serves as the initial point of contact for our clients, embodying the vibrant energy and welcoming atmosphere of our wellness center. Your communication skills will be vital in understanding client needs and sharing your comprehensive knowledge of Relive products and services. Building enduring relationships with clients, team members, and vendors will be key to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet clients upon arrival and promptly inform treatment providers to ensure timely appointments, while efficiently scheduling client visits based on provider and treatment room availability. Proactively address client inquiries and concerns.
  • Ensure the reception area is clean and organized.
  • Manage client accounts by accurately obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information.
  • Contribute to achieving business and performance objectives for the center.
  • Safeguard client rights by adhering to HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidentiality of personal and financial data.
  • Support operations by following established policies and procedures; report necessary changes.
  • Collaborate with administrative staff and other medical team members before and after therapy sessions, participating in shared decision-making.
  • Utilize online booking systems accurately.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a Medspa or wellness center is required.
  • Bilingual in Spanish (fluent in both written and spoken).
  • Exceptional communication and listening skills are essential.
  • Proficient computer skills are necessary.
  • Experience with appointment scheduling and tracking systems is highly desirable.
  • Strong multitasking, time management, organizational skills, attention to detail, professionalism, and quality focus are required. Ability to work effectively under pressure with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with modern office procedures.
  • Ability to establish effective working relationships with colleagues and external partners.

Work Environment:
  • Potential exposure to hazardous materials and bloodborne pathogens.

OSHA training will be provided.
  • This role requires standing, walking, bending, and kneeling on a daily basis. The employee must be able to respond quickly to client needs.

Compensation:
  • $18-$25 per hour
