Compass Healthcare Consulting and Placement is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to fill the role of Clinical Manager for a large Certified Home Health Agency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical management, with a focus on patient care and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans that meet the needs of our clients.
- Supervise and mentor a team of Nurse Care Managers, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement orientation programs for new staff members, as well as ongoing in-service education to ensure that all staff are up-to-date on the latest clinical practices and procedures.
- Participate in compliance and quality improvement efforts, ensuring that our agency is meeting all regulatory requirements and providing the highest level of care to our patients.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the agency, including supervising staff and managing resources.
- Current New York State Registered Nurse License
- BSN degree or degree in Health and Human Services
- At least 2 years of experience in home care, with a focus on clinical management
- Master's degree preferred
- 5 years of experience assessing patients for home care safety and developing appropriate care plans and plan adjustments
- 2 years of supervisory experience
- Patient Review Instrument (PRI) assessor skills experience preferred
- Valid driver's license
- MS Office required
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary, ranging from $130,000 to $140,000 annually, plus excellent benefits.
