Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide precise, satisfactory responses to their questions and concerns.
  • Direct calls to the appropriate department or individual.
  • Assist patients and caregivers with appointment cancellations and rescheduling.
  • Manage the waitlist and scheduled appointments, proactively reaching out to fill gaps due to cancellations.
  • Review and verify authorization requirements before scheduling appointments.
  • De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers while offering patient support and assistance.
  • Engage actively in training and development opportunities within the organization.
  • Understand call center metrics and strive for continuous performance improvement.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Experience in Customer Service
  • Preferred experience in the healthcare sector
