About the Role

U.S. News & World Report is seeking a highly motivated Sales and Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales and product teams, you will play a critical role in driving the long-term success of our Law vertical.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source, manage, and close deals with quarterly and annual targets
  • Own all client communication post-sale, building client relationships and ensuring client retention
  • Collect assets and onboard clients, ensuring a timely launch
  • Monitor and optimize client KPIs
  • Assist clients with day-to-day requests
  • Work within a CRM, namely Zoho
  • Lead quarterly business reviews with clients, reporting on insights and recommendations
  • Subject matter expert on our products and capabilities, effectively communicating those to clients
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, technology, and business intelligence
  • Contribute to vertical business strategy and optimize processes
  • Ensure customer needs and requests are communicated and understood internally
Requirements
  • Three to five years of experience in account management, sales, or customer support
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience required
  • Demonstrated success in fast-paced and demanding client-facing environments
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proactive attitude with a desire to learn our business and become a key player on a results-oriented team
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with a strong ability to multitask and juggle multiple projects
  • Experience with platforms such as Google Analytics, Zoho CRM, CMS, etc.
  • Experience with and interest in the Legal space is a plus
