Helping Hands Family is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinical team as a Clinical Director. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in overseeing the quality and implementation of clinical programming for our patients with autism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and supervise personalized care plans with meaningful goals and programming to address the needs of each patient.
  • Conduct detailed assessments and reassessments to ensure the effectiveness of treatment plans.
  • Provide supervision, coaching, and mentoring to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care.
  • Develop and monitor data collection to track patient progress and make data-driven decisions.
  • Provide parent training and education to empower families to support their child's treatment plan.
  • Maintain a positive working relationship with patients, families, and respond to questions in a timely manner.
  • Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments to identify and address challenging behaviors.
  • Communicate regularly with the Clinical Director to ensure seamless collaboration and coordination.
  • Provide weekly updates and facilitate team meetings to ensure all team members are informed and aligned.
  • Uphold regular treatment integrity checks to ensure the highest level of care.
  • Adhere to relevant CPT codes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

  • BCBA Certification issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Meet licensing requirements for your state of employment.
  • Experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) with a minimum of 2 years of experience as an RBT or BCBA.
  • Confident verbal and strong written communication skills.
  • Ability to pass internal competency assessments within 90 days of hire.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including prolonged periods of walking, running, standing, bending, kneeling, squatting, climbing, and stooping.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds.
