Job Summary:
Helping Hands Family is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinical team as a Clinical Director. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in overseeing the quality and implementation of clinical programming for our patients with autism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and supervise personalized care plans with meaningful goals and programming to address the needs of each patient.
- Conduct detailed assessments and reassessments to ensure the effectiveness of treatment plans.
- Provide supervision, coaching, and mentoring to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care.
- Develop and monitor data collection to track patient progress and make data-driven decisions.
- Provide parent training and education to empower families to support their child's treatment plan.
- Maintain a positive working relationship with patients, families, and respond to questions in a timely manner.
- Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments to identify and address challenging behaviors.
- Communicate regularly with the Clinical Director to ensure seamless collaboration and coordination.
- Provide weekly updates and facilitate team meetings to ensure all team members are informed and aligned.
- Uphold regular treatment integrity checks to ensure the highest level of care.
- Adhere to relevant CPT codes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- BCBA Certification issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Meet licensing requirements for your state of employment.
- Experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) with a minimum of 2 years of experience as an RBT or BCBA.
- Confident verbal and strong written communication skills.
- Ability to pass internal competency assessments within 90 days of hire.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including prolonged periods of walking, running, standing, bending, kneeling, squatting, climbing, and stooping.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
