Job Summary

CS Energy Limited is seeking a highly skilled Construction Superintendent to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of safe, high-quality, profitable, and on-schedule renewable energy projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of construction professionals to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement construction plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure project success.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
  • Monitor and control project costs, including labor, materials, and equipment expenses.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project success.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Prepare and submit project reports, including progress updates, financial reports, and quality control reports.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in construction management, with a focus on renewable energy projects.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects, including experience with solar energy projects.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Knowledge of construction management software, including project management tools and quality control systems.
  • Ability to travel to project sites, with occasional overnight stays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field preferred.
