Essential Functions:

Assists the Laboratory Director with compliance, hiring, staffing, and payroll management. Determines and coordinates daily staffing assignments and levels to meet productivity goals and patient care needs. Leads the handling and resolution of complex issues and complaints. Ensures quality of services delivered and facilitates staff development programs.

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or Medical Technology
  • Five years of laboratory experience in high complexity testing with proven technical and leadership skills
  • Certification as MT or MLS (ASCP) or MT (AMT) or MT(HEW) or MT (NCA)
