About the RoleAs a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse, you will be responsible for implementing treatment plans, maintaining accurate documentation, and performing various nursing skills and procedures. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery and excellent patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Implement treatment plans and provide patient care in accordance with established protocols and policies.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient care and treatment plans.
- Perform various nursing skills and procedures, including vital signs, wound care, and medication administration.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care delivery and excellent patient outcomes.
- Unencumbered license as a Practical Nurse in the state of California.
- One year of nursing experience, with three years preferred.
- Certified CPR and negative TB skin test or chest x-ray.
- Licensed driver with valid automobile insurance.
