Position Overview:

Work Schedule:
This position requires availability from Wednesday to Friday, along with every other Saturday, with shifts running from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM. The schedule alternates between three and four days a week, with each day consisting of 12 hours.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • 0-2 years of experience in cGMP manufacturing or a related field is preferred.
  • A background in Life Sciences, Physical Sciences, or Chemistry is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with maintaining cleanliness in workspaces and adhering to safety protocols is beneficial.
  • Experience collaborating within small teams is a plus.
  • Knowledge of industries that require strict compliance with Standard Operating Procedures or Work Instructions is preferred.

Educational Requirements:
A minimum of a high school diploma is required, with an associate or bachelor's degree in a relevant field being preferred.

Experience Requirements:

  • 0-2 years of cGMP manufacturing experience or equivalent work experience is desired.
  • Proficiency in standard computer applications, including word processing and spreadsheets, is essential.
  • Attention to detail and personal accountability are critical for success in this role.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain professional relationships with management and colleagues are necessary.

Additional Requirements:
This position involves working in a laboratory setting with blood and animal materials and handling hazardous substances.

Compensation:
The hourly wage for this role is set at $22.00. Starting pay may vary based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications.
