Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, coach, and develop high-performing team members to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase revenue.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a management or leadership role, preferably in the restoration industry.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth, improving customer satisfaction, and increasing revenue.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a management or leadership role, preferably in the restoration industry.
  • Experience with sales, marketing, and business development.
  • IICRC certifications.
