We are seeking a skilled Automotive Service Technician to join our team at BIG O TIRES - SUN CITY/PHOENIX/GOODYEAR/SURPRISE. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and performing high-quality repairs and maintenance on vehicles.
Responsibilities- Diagnose and repair complex automotive issues, including steering suspension, alignments, brakes, electrical, and preventative maintenance
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and tire rotations
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve service goals and objectives
- Stay up-to-date with manufacturer training and certifications to ensure expertise in the latest technologies
- Valid driver's license
- ASE certification (nice to have, but not required)
- Experience with steering suspension, alignments, brakes, electrical, and preventative maintenance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
