Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities as an Exercise Therapist will include:
  • Evaluating patients' physical abilities and developing individualized treatment plans.
  • Administering therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve mobility, strength, and function.
  • Educating patients and their families on exercises and techniques for home management.
  • Collaborating with healthcare team members to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
  • Documenting patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Required Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Physical Therapist (PT) License, BLS Certifications, and at least two years of recent experience as a Physical Therapist. Strong communication and adaptability skills are also essential.
